The collection changes regularly as new designs are added. Each piece is hand-knit to order, available in limited numbers only.

Ordering from Needle & Hook

To place an order, phone or email Needle & Hook with the name, colourway and size of the item(s) you are interested in.
We'll reply within 48 hours to let you know that we have received your order, and to answer any questions you may have.
All pieces are knit by hand to order, so delivery can take up to six weeks. We will always attempt to deliver sooner if possible.
Delivery
Royal Mail Special Delivery is included for UK orders. For international orders, postage will be charged at cost and can be quoted in advance.
Payment
Needle & Hook can accept the following payment methods:
cheque/postal order made payable to ANNA BELL
credit/debit card via Paypal (you do not need to set up an account)
Full payment must be made at the time of ordering.
We're happy to take your order wherever you are in the world. Please be aware that you may be liable for local import taxes.
Sizing
Actual garment sizes are given for each item. If in doubt about which size to order, find a knit garment you own which fits just how you like it and take the measurement just beneath the arms, at the widest point of the body. Because we make to order, we can usually accommodate any special requirements you may have - send an email to enquire.
Colours
We do our best to make sure our colours show correctly on computer monitors, but if you are unsure please request a sample of the colour you are interested in.
Fibre Content
Fibre content is given for each item. It may be possible to make up garments in different fibres (for example silk, cashmere, cotton) - send an email to enquire.
Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your knitwear. If you decide it’s just not for you, send it back in original condition within 28 days, by Recorded Delivery (insured), and we will issue a full refund.
