Beautiful scarf, beautiful mum

Pattern: Child's rib scarf, but knit on 6.5mm needles and with two full skeins
It's Mother's Day here in the UK. I drove down to the south coast, where my grandmother lives, because Mum has been helping her move house. She couldn't cope with the big house any more, and the new, smaller and more bijoux home seems ideal. I hope she can be happier there, and less anxious.
Mum liked the scarf, I think.
